Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term contracts and no commitment.
When can I access my unit?
Currently, units can be accessed during our office hours. Coming Fall 2020, we will have an automatic gate installed to ensure longer access hours, 7 days a week.
Do you pro-rate rent?
We do pro-rate rent for the first month upon move-in. However, partial unused months are not refunded upon move out.
What if I am not sure what size space I need?
No problem! We will be happy to show you around the property and let you see a number of unit sizes. Seeing units in person is the best way to decide which size is best for you.
How do I pay for my unit?
Payments can be processed in person, by telephone, by mail, or through our website. You may also arrange for payments to be automatically charged to your credit card monthly with our free autopay service.
Do you have outdoor parking spaces?
We do offer outdoor parking spaces for RVs, campers, and trailers. For smaller vehicles, we recommend a large indoor unit, such as a 10x20.
Can I do a complete move in online?
Yes. If you like the idea of contactless move in, you can select a unit and move in completely online. See below on what you will need. If you prefer, you may stop by our office where our friendly staff will be more than happy to help with your move-in.
What do I need to rent a unit?
Driver’s license or government-issued photo ID, a lock, and first month's payment. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.
Can someone else rent a unit for me in my name?
No. The person renting the unit must be present to provide a photo ID and sign the Rental Agreement. Alternatively, we also offer convenient online move in.
Do you allow band practice or parties in your units?
Our storage units are for storing belongings. However, if we were to be invited to said party, we may reconsider!
